RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Because every Magenta World piece is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

We will replace or refund your order if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• Your item arrives with a print defect or manufacturing error
• You receive the wrong item

To raise a claim:
Email us at magentaworld00@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

What we can't accept returns for:

• Incorrect size ordered 
• Change of mind
