How long will my order take?

Every Magenta World piece is made to order. Here's how the timeline breaks down:

  • Production: 2–5 business days — your item is printed and quality checked before it ships
  • UK delivery: 3–7 business days after production (Standard DDP)
  • International delivery: 5–20 business days after production, depending on destination

Total estimated delivery:

  • UK: 5–12 business days from order date
  • International: 7–25 business days from order date

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, high demand periods, or customs processing on international orders.

Shipping costs

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International orders
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
